What is GRIN?
GRIN is a creator marketing platform that helps ecommerce brands find creators, contact them, and run gifting, affiliate and paid partnership programs from one account. Its AI agent, Gia, searches for creators that fit a brand, drafts outreach messages, and helps set up campaigns. Brands keep every creator conversation in a shared inbox and track the posts that come out of each program.
Payments run through a wallet that the brand funds. Creator fees sit in escrow until the agreed work is done, and deal terms lock when a creator accepts. GRIN also runs an opted-in creator marketplace, and creators manage their partnerships through a free Creator App. The pricing model combines a flat monthly plan with a management fee on wallet deposits, so cost depends on both plan and creator spend.
GRIN at a glance
How does GRIN work?
- Connect your store
Link a Shopify store in one click, or connect a custom or headless store through the API, so products and sales can flow into campaigns.
- Find creators with Gia
Describe the creators you want and let Gia suggest matches from the network. It learns from the profiles you like and pass on.
- Reach out and agree terms
Send AI-drafted outreach, manage replies in the inbox, and record each agreement in a deal that locks when the creator accepts.
- Fund the wallet and run programs
Deposit funds to cover creator fees, then launch gifting, affiliate or paid campaigns. Gifting-only campaigns need no deposit.
- Track and report
GRIN collects posts from program creators and reports impressions, engagement and results in one place.
GRIN key features

Gifting, affiliate and paid programs
Run all three campaign types, with product gifts, affiliate links, discount codes and commissions.
Escrow wallet and payouts
Creator fees are held in escrow and paid out when work is complete, which protects both sides of a deal.
Content tracking
Posts from creators in your programs are collected automatically and measured for reach and engagement.
Rate benchmarks
Market rate data for comparable creators helps brands judge whether a quoted fee is fair.
GRIN Marketplace
An opted-in network where brands can list programs and creators can apply, managed through the free Creator App.
Multi-brand workspaces
Growth and higher plans support several brands under one account.

GRIN FAQ
Is GRIN free?
GRIN has a Free plan at $0 per month with two live campaigns, ten product gifts in total and a 20% fee on wallet deposits. Paid plans start with Starter at $200 per month, which includes a 30-day free trial and cuts the deposit fee to 10%. Growth and Scale cost more each month but charge lower fees.
What is GRIN used for?
GRIN is used by ecommerce brands to run creator programs. Teams find creators, send outreach, agree deals, ship product gifts, manage affiliate links and codes, pay creators through an escrow wallet, and track the content creators post. The goal is to manage gifting, affiliate and paid partnerships in one place.
Does GRIN integrate with Shopify?
Yes. GRIN offers a one-click Shopify setup on every plan, including the Free plan. This connects products for gifting and supports affiliate tracking. Brands on custom or headless storefronts can connect through the GRIN API instead. Other ecommerce platforms are not listed as native integrations on the pricing page.
How does the GRIN management fee work?
When a brand adds money to its GRIN wallet to pay creators, a percentage fee is charged on top. For example, on Starter a $1,000 deposit costs $1,100. The fee falls as plans rise, from 20% on Free to 5% on Scale. According to GRIN, Starter becomes cheaper than Free at roughly $2,000 a month in creator spend.
GRIN vs Upfluence: what's the difference?
Both platforms help ecommerce brands run creator programs. GRIN publishes self-serve pricing with month-to-month plans and a management fee on creator payments. Upfluence uses custom quotes with a 12-month minimum contract and lists more store integrations, including WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce and Amazon. Brands wanting a quick, low-commitment start may prefer GRIN.
